GAS BOOSTERS
Eclipse HB Series Gas Boosters
Eclipse Hermetic Gas Boosters are UL listed for use on natural and manufactured gas.
These gas boosters are used to increase low inlet gas pressure up to higher levels as required by boilers and process equipment. They deliver the gas at any volume within their capacity range with a relatively constant pressure boost.
The motor and fan are enclosed in a sealed steel casing which includes the wires in the conduit, to prevent gas from leaking into the surrounding environment.

Optional epoxy coating on all internal surfaces protects against mixtures that contain corrosive compounds.
Eclipse HB Series Applications:
- The utility’s guaranteed gas service pressure is lower than the specified pressures required by boilers or appliances. The Eclipse series HB boosts the incoming gas pressure to allow full and safe operation of all installed gas fired equipment.
A facility benefits economically with a utility contract allowing curtailment of the natural gas supply. The series HB prevents down time as part of a standby system where it can deliver a substitute propane-air mixture.
The Eclipse series HB can deliver an air-gas mixture to premix burners.
A facility where the distribution piping is lengthy and under-sized creates a large pressure drop that results in limited operation. The series HB restores production to full rated capacity.
- Alternative fuels produced by anaerobic digestion, commonly known as sour gas or bio-gas, are collected at landfill or wastewater treatment plants in high volumes but at very low pressures. The series HB boosts these fuels for use in burners or engines for heating, pumping, and cogeneration.

LMV Linkageless Burner Management
Wymbs Inc has been supplying Siemens LMV systems for many years to simplify burner design and make the production process, mounting and service work more efficient.
If you are retrofitting an existing burner or need a new burner with a Linkageless Burner Management System we can help you. For a new burner, we can have your burner custom built with a Siemens LMV51 or Siemens LMV52 mounted in the panel.
For an existing burner, we have two options. We can have a replacement burner panel built at our factory with the Siemens LMV51 or Siemens LMV52 control mounted and wired in the panel, or we can provide you with all the components necessary for you to field mount and wire the Siemens LMV in the existing panel.

DUPLEX PUMPS
Industrial Combustion Oil Pump Systems
Industrial Combustion Simplex and Duplex Oil Pump Systems are designed to deliver No. 2 thru No. 6 fuel oil to any operation which requires an oil supply.
The duplex system assures a constant supply of filtered oil with the second pump available for standby service. This type of service is essential in applications where systems cannot be interrupted to clean strainers or service pump.
The Duplex Oil Pump Systems are assembled, wired and tested units suitable for light or heavy fuel oil. Capacities range from 75 to 1600 gallons per hour.
Industrial Combustion Oil Pump Systems:
- Simplex and Duplex technology

- No. 2 – No. 6 Oil
Packaged systems are assembled, wired and tested for light or heavy fuel oil
- Mounted on a welded drip pan steel base
Pump rating is based on 50 psi discharge pressure. Please consult the Industrial Combustion factory for all available pressures.
Simplex and Duplex No. 2 thru No. 6 Oil:
- Capacities range from 75 to 1600 gallons per hour
- Direct drive gear pumps, with internal relief valves are used for No. 2 and 5 oils
- Screw type pumps with separate relief valves are used for No. 6 oil systems
Pump rating is based on 50 psi discharge pressure, other pressures are available
- Suction should not exceed 15 inches Hg vacuum
All pumps incorporate mechanical seals and are driven by an open drip proof motor or an optional TEFC motor

Stock burners in our inventory come standard with the Fireye BurnerLogix Flame Safeguard (YB110).
We can also special order your burner with a Fireye Parallel Positioning Control, either a PPC4000 or a PPC6000.
We carry a full inventory of replacement Fireye Controls including the Flame-Monitor E110, BurnerLogix YB100 and all accessories for these flame safeguards.
